A question: How many times has a person unknowingly spoken a Haiku?

Temporal Realities
Tuesday, April 18, 2006

If you've played Chrono Trigger, this will mean something to you. If you haven't, you'll only be confused and embarrassed for me for writing this essay on Dark Matter and Luminaire: A comparitive study of the strength, coolosity, and usefulness of these spells in a post-modern context of changing temporal realities. I just made up that title. There is nothing post-modern about it. Temporal Realities? Maybe. Coolosity? Definitly. You'll probably be embarassed for me regardless.

Nihon no Eigas!
Wednesday, April 5, 2006

Hey, there are Japanese movies being played every Friday at Folwell hall for a while. The guy who puts it on doesn't do a very good job of spreading the word, though, so I thought I'd help him out. Last week we saw a horrible female-ninja-assassin movie called Azumi. Good times. I learned that people in the Tokugawa era had dangerously high blood pressure, as whenever they were cut a fountain of blood would spew forth at a speed high enough to cut steel.

This week it's Densha Otoko. If you're interested, it's at Folwell 208, at 5:30 on Friday.
